Our fish arrives daily from local sources - that's why our fish dishes change so regularly, as the local catch varies with the fishing seasons. We use Kent-reared meat, delivered daily and fresh seasonal vegetables from local farms.

You won't find a dessert menu here - that's because our patisserie chef hand-makes all our desserts and variety is the spice of her life! The dessert menu changes daily and always includes at least four delicious choices.
